Savania joined the Ucademy Training and Development team in 2017. Her passion lies in learning and sharing. This role allows her to meet and interact with various people, which enables her to be creative in her delivery approach. She thrives on ensuring that each project ends successfully, delivering optimal results.

She is currently involved in the project management and delivery of two qualifications for the Durban region:

• 57712 Further Education and Training Certificate: Generic Management NQF Level 4
  This qualification helps aspiring as well as experienced managers to hone their skills.
  
  
• 93997 National Certificate: Contact Centre and Business Process Management (BPM) Support NNQF Level 3
  This qualification gives delegates holistic insights into the BPM and contact centre world, empowering them with the requisite skills and setting them up for growth within the industry.
